The vast majority of U.S. corporations pay taxes each and every year. In fact, tax cost is the second highest expense requirement of corporations; second only to personnel expense, and many times higher than personnel expenses. Finally, any corporation will work as hard as they can to minimize the taxes they pay. Everyone, both you and myself, does the same every year. We are delighted to use write-offs and credits and any other perfectly legal approach, which by the way are not tax tricks, that we can so as to pay Uncle Same the smallest percentage of our hard earned wages as necessary.
